Cancellation Policy
We understand that life happens and plans may need to change. To ensure fairness and respect for both your time and ours, the following cancellation policy applies: Consultations and Appointments: Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made at least 48 hours in advance of your scheduled appointment. Cancellations made within 48 hours will be subject to a 50% cancellation fee. No-shows or same-day cancellations may result in the full service fee being charged. Design Packages and Projects: For full design services or multi-phase projects, a non-refundable deposit is required to reserve your spot in our schedule. If you choose to cancel after work has begun, any completed work and time spent will be billed accordingly, and remaining funds will be refunded at our discretion. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation as we work to provide each client with the time, focus, and creativity their home deserves.
